Indigenisation: Assist the MSMEs in indigenisation of the four indigenisation lists by mentoring and facilitation. Localisation of MUST CHANGE MRO spares could also be included. ACTION: MRO PERFORMANCE AND DIGEST

Skill Devp: Using the Competency Devp Model of military, look at conducting skill improvement programmes for Agniveers after release and their placement in MRO and Def Manufacturing Industry. ACTION: MRO LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT (TO BE FORMED LATER)

Green Energy: Create a niche Green Energy Vertical and look at intro of solar, wind, EV/hybrid tech into mil eqpt and installations. Some establishments could go solar. ACTION: MRO PERFORMANCE AND DIGEST

1. Create a Pvt Ltd Coy. Nominate 2 Directors, 2 Members and complete all due diligence.
2. Raise seed money from members to enable basic expenses on GST Filing, Tax filing etc.
3. Reach out to all Defence Oriented Industries and offer our services as defined in the website.
4. Nominate one member whose role would be to keep track of DOI portal, DRDO portal and look to identify MSMEs who can service the opportunities there. Offer them our paid consultancy.
5. Establish connect with Indian pvt industries which are doing business abroad in Defence sector for opportunity.
6. Identify opportunities in RE sector.
7. Contact BF, L&T, Adani Def, M&M Def, BEL, BHEL, BEML, etc and conduct seminars or workshops where we guide them in how to grow business with Def Services and understand defence processes.
8. Also connect with MSMEs and Labs and give them consultancy on opportunities in Industry with focus on defence.
9. Try and create connect between MSMEs in MRO sector with ABW and consult the MSMEs on how to grow the connect.
10. Explore business opportunities with educational orgs to get Engineers and Diplomas ready for industry
